We found the apartment a bit over priced.
That being said, I still rate it 10.
Spacious, clean, 2 balconies, air conditioned, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, parking space and a very nice and responsive owner. About 1.5 KM from the beach, but if you go a bit further you will reach to lovely Mikoniatika beach, much better. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shop not far from the apartment. For a bit better price it was 10 solid instead of 9.9.
But, as I wrote, great stay overall.
Everything was great! The hosts are very responsive and kind. They provide us with all requested information for beaches, restaurants, bars. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and cozy. I recommend this property on 100%.

Gyönyörűen berendezett, tágas apartman, egy csendes utcában, kiváló felszereltséggel, olyan extrákkal, mint pl. kapszulás kávéfőző, vasaló, szendvicsütő, fogkefe készlet. Nescafé, tea, gyümölcskosár bekészítve várt minket! Szállásadónk nagyon kedves,segítőkész volt. Egyrészt már korán reggel elfoglalhattuk a szállást ill. egy kisebb baleset miatt,abban is segített,hogy elkísérte a feleségemet a kórházba és végig ott maradt vele,amíg ellátták. Hálásak vagyunk a figyelemért,amit kaptunk tőle.
A helyi strand gyalog kb. 15percre van a szállástól, pár percre kocsival Lidl, ill.pékség, éttermek,boltok.
Izuzetno ljubazna i gostoljubiva porodica. Diskretni ali uvek tu za svaku pomoć. Apartman je lepši nego na slikama, sa obe strane dve terase za opuštanje . Prednja terasa sa travnjaka za nezaboravan jutarnji doživljaj ispijanja čaja. Izuzetno čisto, kvalitetno opremljen od posudja u kuhinji do belih mekani peškira. Ulica veoma tiha i mirna. Sve pohvale i svaka preporuka.
