We found the apartment a bit over priced.
That being said, I still rate it 10.
Spacious, clean, 2 balconies, air conditioned, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, parking space and a very nice and responsive owner. About 1.5 KM from the beach, but if you go a bit further you will reach to lovely Mikoniatika beach, much better. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shop not far from the apartment. For a bit better price it was 10 solid instead of 9.9.
But, as I wrote, great stay overall.
Everything was great! The hosts are very responsive and kind. They provide us with all requested information for beaches, restaurants, bars. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and cozy. I recommend this property on 100%.
