It is our 3 time we are in vacation in Sitia and all the times in this amazing ABNB.
Naktrios the owner, is doing 100% you will feel at home.
All you see in the picture is true and more.
1 minute walk from restaurants and the sea, greet beach to swim 3 minutes walk.
If you coming to Sitia you must come to DeMaNi .

It is better than home, the apartment is more like a place and the best part is the people that give you all you need from George and Naktrios.
If you are in Sitia this is the place for you better than any hotel.
Perfect location !! To close to the city center, bars, restaurants and beach !! Breakfast was perfect, fresh fruits, sandwiches, fresh sparkling water, coffee and refreshments all free!!! Super clean !!!! Private swimming pool and jacuzzi !!!!! Highly recommended

This is truly a 5* hotel. The facilities are outstanding, indoor pool , steam shower , jacuzzi and sauna! The Suite has the latest mod.cons, smart tv,bluetooth connection for music in every room,,very comfortable indeed- a real home from home feel. To top it all the host Mr Nectarios is a superb host, very friendly and helpful, he even arranged our pick up from the airport. Along with Yiannis and son George this is a great team, to make ones stay truly relaxing.Our family had a memorable holiday. We will definitely stay here again.
