Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Had nice hot water for showers. Room we had was very big. Also had a nice little private sitting area outside our room door.
I booked a double room and got one on the 2nd floor. Room was clean, everything was functional if not very spacious. Decor is old fashioned with a lot of wood and heavy fabrics. Bed was comfortable! Shower had hot water that took a little time to arrive, same with the AC cool air.
Location is great! few minutes walk to the city center, bars and shopping, in a relatively quiet street.
Clean, central, comfortable and really good stuff. They have everything for breakfast.
Parking right in the front of the hotel. A few minutes walk to the busy pedestrain street of Patras with many great shops and restaurants. Very friendly chekin procedures. The cleaning lady fell in love with our dog. Very sweet.
The interior of the hotel and of the rooms is amazingly beautiful, really...very aesthetically pleasing. Everything in the room and bathroom functioned well (save the valuables safe which was not working). The shower was a bit small for me. The room lighting was attractive and subtle but I could have used maybe one brighter light at night to read by. Noise was fairly minimal, except during the day when the housekeepers were cleaning.
