Makryammos offers beachfront rooms with direct sea view, spread throughout a pine forest. The 4-star complex features a large swimming pool, and there is a small zoo on site. The air-conditioned rooms feature marble floors and are decorated with light wood furnishings. They come with satellite TV, tea/coffee maker, fridge and bathroom with hairdryer and amenities. Athletic options include facilities for tennis and basketball, as well as beach soccer and volleyball. A playground is near the shallow-water beach. A lifeguard is always present on the beach, and there is a freshwater baby pool and a mini club. Sun beds and umbrellas, included in the rate, are reserved for you throughout your stay. Breakfast and dinner are included at the main restaurant. The seaside tavern serves Mediterranean dishes, including seafood and fresh fish. Refreshing drinks and cocktails are available by the pool and on the beach. Makryammos is just one mile from the capital and port of Thassos. Free private parking is available on site.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean. The lobby bar was very pleasant and the cocktails were great. The beach is great. There some animals on site that makes the place entertaining for the kids.
The beach was very close to our room, the staff extremely smiling and friendly, the quality of the other guests who were staying at this location, phenomenal desserts, the view is worth every penny, every room has allocated sun loungers.
Concept like never seen before, complete privacy, no external guests...
Sea and beach does not require comment, 28th year IN A ROW Blue Flag...
This was our second vacation at the place, for sure we are coming next year...
The location, the food, staff and beach were awesome. We visited in the past this resort, we had dinner several times but this year we decided to stay here for 9 nights, a wise decision and we will come back next year as well.
On the beach you don't have to "fight" for your sunbed, all the guests have already sunbeds reserved. The food was very good and staff was very attentive with us all the time. I salute my friend Vassilis we will see next year!
Beach is excellent. A second shower can be a good idea. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was recently renovated.
