Easy communication, easy checkin, friendly staff and super comfy bed
Room was very comfortable with nice view of the ocean
Amazing staff, big pool (compare to other hotels), room exactly like on the pictures. Very close to the beach, a little bit far from the Old City, but we rent a car so it wasn't a problem. Parking available with additional 8 euro per day. Breakfast we didn't try, there are many coffee and restaurants around the hotel. Special thanks to the lady on the reception who gave us few beach destinations out of Rethymno.
I actually didn't stay at the Melitti Hotel, because they were renovating, they offered me to stay at Asterion Hotel, which looks exactly the same and is just 500 metres further. I think the rooms are a bit bigger at Asterion.
Everything was more than perfect. Very friendly staff, clean, large room, good location near the beach.
