The location is ideally located far enough away from the hectic Zakynthos town, but close enough to utilize the big towns resources. The house is also centrally located on the island, which allows for shorter trips to the western, northern, and southern portions of the island. There is a little restaurant in Skoulikado that makes many delicious options. I had a wonderful conversation with the woman who lives below via Google Translate. Thank you, Mertoula House!
