Beautiful, super clean, comfortable, and the washer-dryer unit in the apartment was a nice amenity. We were within walking distance to many things, including many restaurants, markets, and the Port. Our host was a great communicator and we felt cared for, even for just this one night stay.
A nice base for exploring Heraklion and Knossos. The apartment is in a neighborhood with a nice view of the ferry terminal and maybe a 20 minute walk to the core tourist areas. There are supermarkets w/in 10 minutes walk and plenty of food options close by. The apartment is spacious and quiet at night with good access including a parking spot. We took a taxi from the airport and then rode the bus to Knossos while walking downtown. Good communication with host.
If you need a place near the port for a night or two, this spot was great with walking distance to the port and excellent restaurants.
The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the ferry termainal. So for those who wants to catch a ferry to other islands, this hotel location is perfect. It is also close to the shopping street in Heraklion. It is also close (like 5 to 10 mins drive) from the airport. So the location was perfect. Rooms are clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. There are also a number of eateries nearby. When the Netflix was logged out, the host replied to my WhatsApp with the account and password. Hence, we had a nice time having a drink and enjoyable some shows.
Highly recommended. Thanks.
Beautiful loft. Well furnished and appliances like new. Convenient to the harbor for our morning ferry ride
