A large apartment with a separate bedroom, in a very quiet neighbourhood not far away from the beaches in the new part of town. We stayed just one night as a stop on a longer trip but it was great for a rest since you can't literally hear anything from outside during the night. We didn't meet the host but he was very outgoing and friendly and quickly responded to messages. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with anything you might need for even a longer stay, there's a TV and strong WiFi, so I'd say the property isn't minimalist at all, which is all great.
next year we will come again. we really liked the tranquility there.
