One of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect right on the water with exceptional amenities. I originally booked a deluxe oceanfront room with an infinity pool but upon arrival the amazing staff upgraded us to a private villa with a private pool (1000/10) the staff were beyond exceptional and helpful in every way possible. The food in the restaurants was delicious! It’s about an hour from the Heraklion airport and about a 10min drive into town where it’s lovely to walk around the shops and restaurants along the water and easy to book excursions. We stayed for 6 days so we did explore the island as much as we could out to Samariá Gorge, Chania, Elafonisi Beach (pink sand) and the museums in Heraklion. The location, the food and the hospitality made this holiday in Crete a dream!

Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage in der Mirabello Bucht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und der Aufenthalt am Strand macht sehr viel Freude. Auch ein ruhiges Plätzchen konnten wir immer finden! Der Strand (und auch das Buffet) ist auch ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Das gastronomische Angebot hat uns befriedigt, wobei wir es leider nicht geschafft hatten, eine Reservierung in den Spezialitätenrestaurants vorzunehmen - es war alles zu den von uns bevorzugten Essenszeiten ausgebucht. Es empfiehlt sich hier, bereits vor Anreise Reservierungen zu buchen.
Lättsam, avslappnad, tillmötesgående personal. Inget var något problem från taxibokningar, spec beställning i baren eller anpassning av utcheckning.
Fin lugn strand och nära till allt trots stort hotell.
Fina sängkläder och rel stora rum, väldigt tyst på rummen.
Bekväm vistelse, generös bar och fantastisk personal.
Inte besökt så mycket all-inclusive hotell men blev positivt överraskad över utbudet och tillgängligheten.
Några bra restauranger i närmaste området, Kri Kri och Olga. Ett par bra inne i marinan med men ganska mycket liknande mat, inte mycket genuint grekiskt.
