For those who have to choose between 2 twin beds vs a sofa bed: if you pick sofa-bed, you will get the room with 2 twin beds AND a sofa bed. The location is just before the entrance of Molyvos pedestrian road. There is a free large parking space right in across the apartments and you can easily walk to the apartments from there (no cobblestone roads or hills). We didn't see the staff - they text you via booking which room you will be staying in, and simply provide the key on the lock for you. For me, this simple transaction was far easier. We were in room 14: the one you see on the ground floor of apartments compound. It had a cozy space to sit and hang, which we did every single afternoon waiting for our hair to dry in the sun hitting the sitting area. Overall, superb experience! Would definitely stay here again.

The area is perfect, 5 min to the center, not crowded with tourist, no noise, a perfect stay and place to visit and explore Molyvos. Clean room, nice roof terrace with an amazing view on the city.

The location was perfect, rooms were clean. The most beautiful thing about staying here is the garden. Waking up to this view, seeing that trees felt good.

Location was great, easy to walk to town shops and beach. Lovely view of castle from balcony.

Quiet, next to an olive grove, walking distance to the old town
