Great service. Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Easy to walk everywhere
The staff person who greeted us and said good-bye was awesome. She gave us names of places for Bougatsa, gave us a parting gift, and communicated with me about the hat I mistakenly left behind. She is great.
Location is just right; one can easily walk to the Old Town and yet can be picked up for activities as it's in the part of town where cars are allowed.
The location was amazing, close to everything and yet not too close to the noise.
We loved our stay and stayed 5 nights. Our room was very comfortable, there was enough space in the room for 2 people, and the AC worked great. Paid parking was available for 7 euro a night which was very helpful because it was nearby and there is not a lot of parking options in Chania. Location was also within walking distance of everything.
