The villa has really nice view which made us spend a lot of time on the little terrace in front of our studio. The yard of the villa is so good with all these pools, tables, gardens etc. The studio had everything we need which made our stay pretty comfortable. There is dedicated parking behind the villa and also the Agios Nikitas village is 7-8 min walk where you can visit some nice tavernas. Overall you can't give it less than a 10.

The views from the 2-bedroom apartment are breathtaking, much more beautiful than the photos depict! We loved sitting out on the large covered veranda in the mornings and evenings - very quiet and peaceful with the amazing views. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds; AC and Wifi worked well, and there's a washing machine in the apartment which was very convenient. Lovely, clean pool overlooking the sea and mountains. Once up the hill (which is steep!), there's ample parking space near the apartments. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to Agios Nikitas, a charming village with good restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and bakeries. We enjoyed staying in Agios Nikitas. The village was busy in September but not mobbed. We would definitely return to Villa Giorgio!

The view! I can’t say enough about the view of the mountains and the sea! The villa was spotless and comfortable and the pool was amazing!!!

We loved the sea view and the swimming pool. It was amazing to start the day with such a view. The studio was well equipped with everything you need.
