I chose this location as it was very close to my daughter's apartment (she's a student in Athens) to help her move. Nice, clean and very quiet in a narrow street, no restaurants or bars on this street, you will get a good night sleep. Far from the center but there is a bus stop right at the corner which takes you directly to syntagma or the Acropolis in less than 10 minutes. The apartment has everything you will need to even prepare a meal if you prefer. The instructions to get your key were very clear. I loved the little balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee.
Fully equipped apartment designed to offer everything a professional needs. Clean and calm , close to metro station and bus lane.
It is a good location not too far from the heart of town, with lots of restaurants in every direction and a grocery store very close by. It was easy to walk to all the sights from there or order a taxi on uber if I didn't want to walk. The apartment itself is very well maintained with great style and personal touches that made me feel more at home. The owner was very responsive and great at communicating. It was also nice to have a balcony and there was lots of natural light. It included a washer and had fast internet for working and taking calls over zoom.
This is the second time I’ve stayed in one of Myron’s apartments. They are very comfortable and really clean. The bus stop is a couple of minutes away. There are two grocery stores within a few minutes walking as well as mini marts near by. I really love this neighborhood. it’s clean, safe, lots of cute delicious restaurants too. The apartment I stayed in this time was a little smaller but the balcony is bigger and shaded most of the day, so it made a great outdoor space to relax.
I have stayed here before and most probably will again when I m in Athens. I travelled for medical purposes so comfort and convenience were extremely important. The location is great, the apartment spacious, quiet, clean and with many amenities, as advertised. The most important thing for me is the communication and the good intentions of the host to make my stay as good as possible. For any questions I had, he would reply immediately. The only thing I would change, although this might be a personal preference, is the pillows as I found them a bit uncomfortable. For the location, size/amenities, price and communication with the host, this apartment is great value for money.
