It was about 3 km to chania old port. There is a supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes. Close to the major hi way. The house had 3 bedrooms with AC and a parking spot
Great host, we were greeted with pastries and raki at our arrival. There is a supermarket close to accommodation. We had a really great time.
Access from the mail road, car garage, 2km from city centre only, bakery, store and other vital facilities within 5min walking distance. House has big balcony, 3 sleeping rooms, completely equipped kitchen, everything what you need.
De communicatie via de organisatie was voortreffelijk. Door de eigenaren van het huis werden we ontvangen met fruit uit de tuin. Achter, tegen het huis aan, is een gedeelte waar de eigenaren zelf wonen. Daar is ook een parkeerplek voor de gasten. Niet alles van de tuin die op de foto's te zien zijn, is toegankelijk voor gasten. Maar de patio die we hadden was voldoende. Het huis is prachtig en compleet: goede grote keuken, grote slaapkamers. De ligging van de bedden is persoonlijk; voor ons waren ze te hard. Zo ook het kussen. Het zou prettig zijn als er een keuze in kussens was geweest. Ondanks dat het vroeg in het seizoen is, hadden we al muggen. Een hor voor het raam zou ook prettig zijn geweest. Het is ongeveer een half uur lopen naar de stad. In het centrum van Chania is het moeilijk een parkeerplaats te vinden, dus dit was prima. Supermarkt vlakbij. Al met al een 9.5. We hebben wij het goed naar ons zin gehad!
