Spacious, clean, panoramic views. Super comfortable beds; smooth, brand new bedsheets and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, a basic supply of oil, vinegar, salt, many spices and even a medicine kit. Three terraces in different orientations, with good infrastructure, including a barbecue pit, to be outdoors. Showers were great, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Water from the tap tasted perfect. All windows had shades and mosquito nets.
Stunning property with breathtaking views!
The home was very spacious, very clean, with excellent air conditioning and strong water pressure. Managed by the owner, Nikos, who stopped by each morning to tend his vegetable garden, offer fresh sheets and towels, and make sure we were enjoying our stay. His visits were never intrusive — quite the opposite — he was warm, welcoming, and a joy to interact with.
The kitchen and refrigerator were thoughtfully stocked with wine and other goodies, and communication with Nikos was always quick and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more beautiful setting. We also really enjoyed the location as its proximity to Argostoli was a short 5 minute drive in on direction with the charming village of Lakithra just 5 short minutes in the other. Pro tip: Mouikis Village hotel in Lakithra has a very lax policy regarding the use of their pool which we used after our beach days multiple times.
Nikos was the most wonderful and accommodating host. The apartment was perfect and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The views are absolutely stunning and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment was.

Amazing host. Exceeded all expectations. Apartment is big and bedrooms are far apart giving privacy. The view is amazing. Everything was new and sparkling clean. They changed bed linen and towels mid stay and responded effectively and efficiently to all our needs. Highly recommend!
