EVERYTHING!!!. Stunning location. Amazing rooms. Attention to detail. The host Mrs Irene went over and above to look after us. Spotless. Total relaxation and amazing night sky views. We even saw three stars fall in less than an hour. Highly recommend!!! Thank you everyone at Niva for looking after us and taking such good care of your property 😀

The suite was very modern and suitable to our aesthetic. Very clean bathroom and cleaning lady comes over daily although you are given the option to opt out. The pool is very good size and gets cleaned daily. The outside space is brilliant for relaxation. Breakfast outside by the pool is a must so was a midnight wine session. The owner is an amazing lady and kept leaving various local treats for us everyday along with advice on where to go and what to see. Will definitely visit again for longer. Location is perfect for Kythnos although if it’s your first time on the island you might be thinking it’s a bit of a climb. You definitely need a car. Extra plus the fact that there’s a cafe restaurant 3 mins walking distance (good for breakfast, takeaway coffee, & dinner) and a newly opened supermarket which is quite big where you can buy anything you need.

The location of the property is ideal if you are looking for breathtaking view, calmness and privacy. The sunrise and the natural landscape are additional advantages. The suite covered all of our needs. Nespresso machine, fridge full of refreshments and welcome treats. The room is designed with attention to detail and great taste. The pool is a great plus. The host, Eirini, was very welcoming, kind and helpful.

Irene was very helpful and polite. The place was amazing with great location and very nice view. Very clean room with an amazing pool. We are very satisfied. I highly recommend.
