Maria is a fantastic host, and she made sure every moment we spent in Chania was pleasurable -- from arrival to check-out. We really appreciated both the pro-active attitude (anticipating the questions we might have) and the great suggestions. The location is absolutely fantastic and the facilities are modern and well maintained. Highly recommended.
The place was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very friendly and clear on instructions. Very central appartment, it was easy to move anywhere we wanted. Truly pet friendly, our dog loved it too!
the host and staff were amazing and available 24/7, accommodated us with early check in and luggage storage. they checked in with us daily. the balcony off the room was amazing, we watched the neighborhood below while we sipped coffee and wine. water pressure in shower fantastic. Old Venetian Harbor , restaurants and shopping 1 min walk, bike stop to rent E-bikes, a mini market and pharmacy for miscellaneous needs just outside door, 10 min walk to bus station and a fantastic beach... it was LOVELY !!!!
This was first time using hotel without lobby reception. But it worked out well, Maria was great and in constant communication, even giving restaurant recommendations. She arranged taxi service to and from hotel. We loved the spacious room, having the microwave, tea kettle and fridge. Nice touches like the bathroom shelves. And a bottle of wine upon arrival. Also the terrace was wonderful. Sat outside each morning with our tea and coffee. It was in a great location.
The property was just in the heart of the old town. It was a small walk from all of the nice restaurants and shopping areas. Everything was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host Maria was amazing!! I cannot rave about her enough. She was so kind and even provided us with a bottle of local wine! She assisted us with plenty of recommendations of places to eat or go to along with booking taxis for us as needed. She made the stay 100x better for us. This is definitely the place to stay if you’re coming to Chania!
