Perfect location in the very center of town. Properly is clean, safe and designed with taste.

Mariana was lovely , we had a very pleasant time at the place , it have a love sea view and the light comes in filling the space , the design is very new and satisfying, quality is felt everywhere and attention to details . The owner have a restaurant too a walking distance at the harbor that we enjoyed much , we definitely coming back

We absolutely loved everything about staying at Noema! The photos are a very accurate depiction of the rooms. The room was extremely modern and clean, the bathroom was large, the kitchen had everything we needed with a fridge, plates, glasses, coffee maker, etc. The front terrace overlooked the best part of Neos Marmaras, and in our opinion, all of Sithonia. Our kids adored the upstairs bed for themselves and their private space. There’s a local beach in Neos Marmaras, but the best beaches are just 10-15 minutes of a drive. Neos Marmaras is an excellent place for dinner and wandering in shops until late into the night. Parking was free and easy - right across the street. Marianna was super helpful and easy to contact for everything. Her family also owns a restaurant and they treated us very well! So glad we happened upon this gem. We’ll be back next year!
