Located just 33 feet from the beach and 0.6 mi away from the port of Parikia,
traditional Nostos Studios offers self-catering units each with a private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The nearest beach is just a few yards away. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Nostos air-conditioned studios are decorated with respect to the Cycladic style featuring stone-paved floors. Some studios offer the ability to prepare small meals. However all the studios offer a plasma TV, electric kettle, coffee maker, anatomic mattresses and each studio also has its own bathroom equipped with hairdryer. Guests may enjoy their drinks at the terrace, while the unobstructed sunset views create a scenic setting. Within walking distance, you can visit the archaeological site of Asklipion. The main street of Parikia, where bars and restaurants are featured, can be reached within walking distance from Nostos Studios. The bus stop to many popular beaches stops right next to the property. Free public parking is possible near the property.

My sister and I had a perfect stay at Nostos Studios this July. The best part of our stay was how lovely the hosts were. The hotel is on the beach with access, is a 10-15 minute walk from the port, has a beautiful terrasse with a sea view, has free wifi and that authentic Greece feeling. I could not recommend this hotel more!
I've been dreaming about going to a Greek Island for 14 years and I cannot believe I found Nostos Studios to realize this dream. You do not understand how phenomenal this hotel is. There is a great terrace to watch the most incredible sunset in peace, drinking wine and enjoying good company. Our room had an unbelievable view to the ocean from where we could drink coffee overlooking the water. There is a mini kitchen, which was very helpful to us. The room was cleaned daily. Dina and her father are such incredible hosts, telling us the best spots to go and eat (shout out to Aliki Beach and Moragio restaurant). Truly one of the best experiences of my life! I can't wait to go back!!! :)
Nostos Studios was a great hub for us on our trip to Paros. Being just outside Parikia, it was perfect for walking into town for dinner, but not being in the midst of the busyness. Dina was a wonderful host and provided many helpful tips! The rooms were simple and comfortable. The shared roof top patio was really what won us over!
I loved everything, the view was beautiful and the studio was clean and had everything you need. Dina was very accommodating and friendly. I would love to stay again !!
Location!! very near to the beach and to the Main Street (sea walk) with restaurants and bars.
The property was super clean, the ambience was very nice and traditional. Makes you feel at home. It has a rooftop where you can have your breakfast or aperitivo while looking at the sea and amazing view.
Dina went above and beyond everyday during our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family.
The beach is a short walk from the property, is so secluded and calm. Super enjoyable.
