The place is very nice and clean, the pool was great and the beach 2 minutes away, you can see the sea from the balcony. Right across the corner there is a nice coffee shop and 2 min away a big supermarket.

Cute and super clean apartment with big balcony. Excellent location just 5min walk from the beach. Clean swimming pool mostly in the shade, so safe and fun to use even in the middle of the day.

It is a very good place for a stay in Thesaloniki. Supermarket, very good bekery and amazing fish tavernas are located nearby. The apatment is very clean and cozy.

The property has everything including safety. On top of that it's cleanliness is immaculate. It is walking distance to the seaside with bars and restaurants with bakeries 2 mins walk. The pool area securely locks for kids safety. Rooms equipped with insect screens. We highly recommend. Should we visit Perea again we will definitely come back to this apartment.

Very nice apartment, perfectly located in a nice city close to the airport (by car- lots of gas stations nearby). We did self check in and it was very easy and comfortable. Great living room and porch, well equipped. We didn't have time but there was a large supermarket close by.
