The location, it is very close to the beach, has a nice garden, balcony, the room was comfortable, well working air conditioner, all day warm water, behind the building, on the other side of the street is a pool bar, where you can swim if you order something to drink, at reasonable price. The hot i very helpful, kind and discreet, Helped me to find a car mechanic, came with me and organized me the reparation, so we arrived safely home :) We become a Tzipuro grape/ anis gin as a gift at check out. Was everything very clean, the maids was working all the time. In the treet behind, all the time wa a free parking lot to park the car, even in the peak season.

The host is very nice and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean, big room, comfortable beds. The terrace is nice, and it's wonderful that they have rolling sunroofs on the terraces as it gets hot in the summer afternoons. The location is right at the edge of Paralia and there is some construction work nearby, but that didn't bother us to much. You're a 10-15 min walk from the center where all the attractions are, and a 5-6 minute walk from the closest beach. There are parking spaces on the street. WiFi quality is very good. There is a small pool bar across the street. Good value for money.

Perfect location just at the beach, outside the hustle of the town but all good restaurants and bars are in walkable distance. Host was wonderful, thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here. It felt like we were at home, all the praise goes to Jannis. He is very welcoming, positive and we felt accepted and cherished. He recommened us some restaraunts with great food, large portions and low prices, it was excellent. He even had a little gift for us, which we appreciate so much. Room is cleaned on time, view is excellent and the hotel is on quiet and peaceful location, 5 min walk to the beach. When we looked for good places to stay, we found this hotel and the main reason why we booked it was because of all the good comments about the owner. He didn't dissapoint.
