It has a small garden and the owner is very nice. The check in process is very fast and it is good for families. The appartment ia clean and there is parking available
We liked a lot the garden and the communication with the host.
We were on our way to Lefkada from Bucharest and we needed a place to stay for the night. We rent it last minute and Eugenia was so kind to accommodate us. The place is clean and welcoming. The host, Eugenia, explained the house rules and where we could park. Nearby are a lot of coffee shops and restaurant.
We only stayed for one night but it is a great place to rent of you are in for a longer stay in Thessaloniki.
Good location for us (we wanted to stay in Evosmos). Clean. Nice bathroom. Garage under the building. Spacious. Overall much better than the apartment I think the host has in the same area. The best place in Evosmos so far.
Clean, quite stylish, parking available (!), close to groceries, all utilities you may need were there
