Отличное расположение апартаментов. До парома - менее 1 км (10 минут неспеша), торговая улица и центральная площадь с рынком - 300 м (2 минуты пешком), 300 м вверх по улице Колокотрони и Вы на площади таверн и ресторанов, напротив - отличный ресторан мяса гриль.
Апартаменты небольшие, но снабженные всем необходимым. Кухня с плитой, чайником, кофефаркой, холодильником, небольшим набором посуды, обеденной зоной. Спальня с двумя кроватями, шкафом, тумбочками и телевизором. Ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Небольшой балкон с сушилкой для одежды и видом во внутренний двор. Кондиционер. Отлчный wifi.
Clean, quiet with working aircon. Written communication with the owner was excellent.
I've stayed in Kos before so I picked this location close to town
Great central location. Great host accommodated our early arrival. We had 2 apartments. Flat 5 was lovely on the top floor, next to the terrace and amazing views including an awesome sunset.
I had a lovely stay in Irini’s place, she and her daughter took good care of me and I would definitely go back.
Mosquitoes nets on the windows were very useful!
The apartment is in a very central location, this means you have everything you need around, but also that is quite noisy at night. There is AC in the room so closing the windows is an efficient solution.
