We would like to inform you about our Damage Policy:
1. Responsibility for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or communal areas during their stay. The cost of damages is capped at €200, in accordance with our property’s policy.
2. Damage Compensation Procedure
In the event of any damages, you will be promptly informed with a detailed description and cost estimation. The corresponding amount must be paid within 7 days after your departure.
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive by e mail a document which will include the above mentioned Damage Policy terms and conditions. Please return the signed copy to us before your arrival.
