The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and the host was kind enough to accommodate our needs and requests regarding check-in and check-out, which are usually a bit inconvenient to deal with. 10/10.
I stayed for a month (March) in Athens and chose this place for its location and the value. The location is unbeatable - close to everything, metro, restaurants, museums and bars. Plaka and most of the center is accessible by foot. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped full kitchen, two comfortable beds and a pull out couch. It’s downstairs so you have to manage the stairs down. Even though it is downstairs there is a terrace in the back although I didn’t use it. The place is very quiet and would be cool in the heat of the summer. Manuel, the host was exceptional - helpful and friendly and he had some good tips for bar and restaurants. We had a lovely lunch together the day before I left.
Great location, complete apartment with all we needed, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable spaces. Great place to stay! We did not use public transport, the apartment is located at walking distance from all places of interest. Manuel is a great host who kept contact since the moment we booked to make sure we had all information needed, gave us lots of ideas and indications.

The location is great. Within walking distance to many places of interest. The apartment is very clean and spacious too. The host is very kind and responsive. He provided us with very detailed instructions to get there and also kindly made lots of local recommendations to visit and dine. The washer is very convenient and the clothes dry very fast. You need to walk downstairs by one floor, but it’s no problem for us. It’s in a very quiet and safe community.
