Lovely, hard working staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. The front desk team are amazing, always ready on WhatsApp or in person to give great recommendations or make bookings. Excellent buggy service down to the street. Great partnership with a local yoga teacher for private and group lessons. Beautiful pool and dining areas with surely the best views in Ornos Bay.

The Hotel Once in Mykonos is absolutely the best choice if you're looking to relax, standing apart from other hotels that are more focused on parties. The biggest strength of this hotel is its people. From Tatiana at the reception to Melissa at the restaurant, the staff truly makes you feel welcome. Great view of the bay with an amazing staff! They accommodated so well. The breakfast is also amazing. Vaso helped in every way possible and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing.
