The hotel was really helpful with needs, such as organizing transportation and renting a bike. I felt lucky to have booked a hotel where I felt surrounded not only by the incredible beauty of Kos, but also by human kindness. Proximity to the beach and to restaurants was convenient.
The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious with lovely balconies. But the main highlight of this hotel is the staff ! They are all amazing. Gratzi on the bar is one of a kind! She made our holiday within days we felt like we had been there for months in the best way ! We will be back for sure
Amazing experience. Really a wonderful Hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is pratically on the beach and it is into a marvellous garden. The breakfast is very good. You can rent bikes and cars directly in hotel. Near the hotel there are 2 supermarkets. The location is fantastic because with the bikes you can arrive everywhere. I strongly recommend the PALM BEACH HOTEL.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The main desk was staffed from early until late. The room itself was small but comfortable, and the air conditioning was thankfully very good!
The place is well-kept and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
The plants growing throughout the place are incredible. My partner and I loved the huge Cheese Plant especially!
