Excellent staff, very helpful. Beautiful and exquisitely clean rooms with plenty amenities and beautiful style and view. Also a great "internal" yard and small pool.
the location is just perfect to a number of great restaurants including Palmera's own with is 1min walk from the hotel. having cleaning every day was also a great bonus and is not something we get in all hotels. and lastly the sea view rooms are just spectacular. could recommend this place enough.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was amazing. Chef Ali did a great job. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is equally in a very good location.
Great location, not far from the airport, and in the center, you have everything you want around. The hotel is very quiet, comfortable and relaxing, the room is spacious, clean, bed is very comfortable. The food is great! The staff is vwry friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!!
Love to stay at Palmera. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk, and close to shopping. The restaurant is really nice too.
