Spotless clean, new and very nice furniture, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom (cosmetics, washing machine). Photos in presentation reflect the reality.
The view from the huge terrace is amazing- you can see the whole city.
Very close to Fleming subway station from which you reach the center in a few minutes.

The room was very clean and homey. It was on the 6th floor and had a huge balcony with a relatively nice view since it was above most of the apartment buildings around it.
The apartment was well decorated and had all the necessary appliances.
The owner was very polite and helpful whenever we needed him.
Spotless clean flat, with excellent views of the city and a busy neighbourhood with all amenities you might need and a nearby Metro station to get you to the center! I would definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation.
A beautiful and cozy apartment with a spacious terrace and a lovely view of the city. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and about 10 minutes to the seaside.
