our staying at Pansion Zaharoula has been wonderful. The structure is central: a quick walk away from the Fira bus station, just enough to avoid the crowds but still at a walking distance from anything you’ll need. We were welcomed by the nicest owner, who’s been always available for any question and request: she’s made our staying even more pleasant. Our room was tidy and clean, assorted with towels, bodywash, cutlery, and meticulously refreshed every morning.

Couldn’t recommend it more for a nice visit of the island

Very inviting, with a porch and courtyard. Irene was so welcoming and helpful.

The room was immaculate and very spacious. We had a table and chairs in which to eat meals if we wished and it was separate from our sleeping area. There was also very spacious and clean areas outside to relax.

Very spacious, clean, cute courtyard plus each unit has its own sitting area with a table and two chairs, well maintained foliage, good communication, beautiful sunrise view, they can arrange transportation for you, mini-fridge, you can leave your bags there on day of checkout if you have a later flight, and 13-minute walk to the bus station. Upon arrival, Irene gave a map overview of the island, sunset and amazing restaurant recommendations.

The owners are very kind and welcoming, Irene gave us an orientation to the island and recommendations for places to eat as part of our check in. The room was big and comfortable; the bathroom was clean and well stocked. This hotel faces the east side of the island (away from the caldera) but has a great view of the sea.
