The apartment had a small kitchen area that was stocked with a few simple foods ( teas, water, packaged toasts, jams) in case we wanted something to eat before we went to the village markets. Sofia brought over freshly baked cake the next morning. The apartment was very clean, beautiful views, a walk up the hill from the village so it was very quiet. We loved spending time on the terrace, doing art, talking, watching the birds, flowers, water and skies. Sofia said if we walked to the village but needed a ride back up the hill, that I should call her to come get us - but we enjoyed the walking. She also said to call her if we needed anything - umbrellas, mosquito repellant, whatever. She was a great source of things to do, restaurant recommendations, local history. She is a perfect host, friendly, available, and unintrusive.

Beautiful views from the bed and balcony. They had thought of everything, very welcoming and comfortable.

The apartment was above Kardamyli with beautiful views from a West facing balcony and of the hillside above from the east facing patio, both accessible from the apartment. The building has wonderful architectural details, light, and views. The fresh herbs growing outside were fragrant and beautiful. Sophia is a wonderful, effervescent, and gracious host and a font of knowledge concerning local food, hikes, surrounding villages and more. Her husband Christos runs a dive business and they can facilitate boat rentals. A delightful place with all the amenities you could desire, including their own olive oil to purchase.

We had a relaxing stay in a large comfortable space with a great view. Easy to walk into Kardamyli for dinner with live music, groceries, bakery. A few minutes drive to Stoupa for nice beaches and more good restaurants and bakeries. Worth taking a day trip (1 hour drive) down to the Pyrgos Dirou for an unforgettable boat ride through a large cave system.

The room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of the sea. Sofia was super helpful and very active regarding our stay.
