PERFECT location. It’s only a minute or two by walk from the windmills which as far as I can tell is the best sunset spot of Patmos. You can get a very good view of the monastery from the windmills as well.
The place is cozy and clean, with a very welcoming atmosphere, run by kind hosts.
I strongly recommend! (especially for solo travelers or couples)

Maria war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie hat für uns alles gut vorbereitet, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für unser Baby war ein Reisebett schon bereit plus Spielzeuge :) Auch im Kühlschrank war fast voll, Bananen, Joghurt, natürlich Wasser und Getränke, das hat uns das Leben einfacher gemacht weil im Chora gibt es leider keinen Supermarkt. Danke für alles Maria und wir kommen hoffentlich wieder!
