Very good location, very welcoming staff. They gave us free late checkout.
The hostess is the sweetest, friendliest lady. Overall, this is a great option for those who want a good value, at a location that is walking distance to everything in Fira. Plus, if you do rent a car, there's plenty of free parking right at the property. We really enjoyed staying at the Pension Ptolemeos. .
Katerina was so kind and accommodating. We weee able to check in early and leave our bags after check out. She made helpful recommendations and provided a detailed map.

Excellent location, very close to bus stop. Super friendly and helpful reception. Nice sized pool and breeze! AC in room if needed. Shower was hot. Very clean and comfortable.
Perfect location close to everything, the owner is so sweet and gave us lots of tips, we enjoyed the pool after a day of exploring before heading back out, we booked the day tour with the Agean Pearl Travel Agency though her, a full day tou for only 40 Euro.
