Truly fantastic experience. I booked the superior suite and a junior suite for my family. The superior suite balcony is spacious with dining chairs and extra seating and has an unparalleled view. You can see many historic sites and the fortress, even lit up at night. Property is in a perfect location for walking to the sites and to restaurants and short walk to the bus station. Ms Candy was a wonderful host and left us wine and treats. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is modern, and there is even a washing machine for clothes. I wish we had stayed longer!

Everything about this place was great. Perfect location in the beautiful Old Town. Short walking distance to endless restaurants and shops. Parking was available only a couple hundred meters away; it's public parking so first come/first served, but I was able to find a space whenever I needed. The suite itself had everything I could ask for; very cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. A delicious breakfast (of my choice) was delivered every morning from a local restaurant. And last, but definitely not least, Georgia was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I can't recommend this place enough; I'll be back for sure.

The location in old town was perfect. Couldn’t have been closer to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It was awesome for having a washing machine in the unit. We were on a 2 week trip and being able to wash our clothes easily. Just a warning if you rent a car, you can not drive on the street that the hotel is on. It is a pedestrian only street. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to be in the heart of Old Town Rethymno.

The owner was so welcoming, she is puts a smile on your face. She gifts you snacks and drinks. The space is gorgeous. I ended up seeing extra night on the top floor which has a panoramic view of city but I absolutely loved the second floor as well. I would return in heartbeat. Thank you.

Petalo suites is the perfect getaway, conveniently located in the Old Town of Rethymno - steps away from everything! The suite is very clean, well equipped with all the amenities, full-size fridge, all kitchen essentials, laundry machine, and it has the most charming balcony with a beautiful view! Kandy is the best, great communication and sweetest host! It felt like a home away from home!
