Excellent value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture etc is dated but at this price I would not expect new and luxury, it was confortable, we have the room with 4 single beds even though there were only 2 of us. I believe most have 2 single beds. Decent size balcony with sliding doors. Cleaned every day and towels changed regularly. Kitchen area is small and you would not want to cook a meal here, but who wants to cook when on holiday and so many restaurants nearby to choose from. Easy access to the marina and into the centre of Gouvia but far enough away not to be able to hear it. In the other direction is a more traditional area with a variety of restaurants that only open after 6pm, many need a reservation as they do great food. If you are looking for great value, do not need or want a pool and the cheapest beer in Gouvia in the bar underneath this could be for you.

The owner was very nice and friendly. The cleaning lady was very good and very nice. Nice place and good location.

We stayed 6 nights on a 3-bed room. Pretty easy to find, lots of space to park your car, 5 minute walk to Gouvia downtown, quiet place, also has a cafe/bar where you can relax, ideal location for wandering around the island, landlord also is expanding the place with new rooms. The room has a cuisine also but the induction cook seems to be quite old to use, bathroom also needs a renovation. Overall I recommend to stay there.

Location was good close to all the bars seafront 2 minutes walk .had a good size bedroom and balcony
