New everything. Professional, polite, timely communication (management company), lockbox for the key, no personal interaction (if that's what you prefer). Well thought-out, attention to detail (eg. detergent, welcome water, decoration, ...), everything I expected was there and good quality (window rolls for total darkness, clean new strong AC with sleep mode, new powerful fridge freezer, great wifi, quiet location, nice balcony,...) Nice food garden from the neighbor to look at (this apartment is in the backyard). Good balance between price and distance to the center, although it is not as close as we hoped.
Definitely recommend! :) Great owner! Super place. Close to all attractions, very clean in the apartment. The owner very nice and helpful in every situation. We will definitely return there?
Location, close to the old town and port. Nice quiet accommodation, neighbours nice Greek couple. Mini market in front of it. Washing machine and small kitchenette, great shower.
