The property was clean, and the host was nice and quick to respond to messages. Host lives next door and has a spare if you lock your keys inside (I accidentally did once). It’s only a few minutes walk from the metro, tram and bus and a few minutes from grocery stores and some restaurants/cafes. Property was well stocked with detergent, soaps, kitchen utensils and had a couple complimentary drinks, plus the host gave me some fresh fruit one of the days. Orange trees grow on the side of the streets nearby and were ripe when I visited. On the roof there is a decent view of Athens. The TV is signed into Netflix and has a few channels to watch as well. The bedroom door slides closed to better retain heat from the heater/air conditioning unit when sleeping.
The studio was comfortable. The woman who owned it was very nice. It suited my need well. The location was good, it was only about 10 minutes walk to the metro and tram.

Great little property - excellent location which it’s easy to get to all major tourist sites from and all the facilities a solo traveller needs, including a little kitchen for simple meals and a washing machine which is a godsend.
The owner is very nice and the room is quiet,the facilities are complete and I can cook. I like it and hope I will be back in the future.
