The location was perfect! Almost in the Old Venetian Port, but not quite, so it was quiet. On the four minute walk to the Port, you'll pass two Minoan excavation sites that are so noteworthy that they make the walking tours and tourist maps. It is a building built by the Minoans (natives of Crete. By comparison, the Venetians were just modern invaders.) The views are of the Venetian Harbour and just spectacular. The proprietor, Sophia, will give you anything you ask for and more. Security monitoring of the entrances is tight. I felt very safe.

Great place to explore Chania! In the middle of old town. Nice terrace with a view on the sea. Sophia was super helpful. She gave us a nice room, told us about the history of the building, and gave us a safe place to park our bike. And all this at a great price. We ended up staying longer than we intended. Beside the many too fancy places and luxury suites, this felt like a real palace for the people. Thank you.

the room was clean, had everything I needed including refrigerator and was in an awesome location. the lady running the property was very sweet and friendly.

The location is a two minute walk from the town square. What beautiful scenery. Because of the location this place deserves 5 stars.
