The ambience, the kind staff, the beautiful room, the relaxing pools, the excellent breakfast
Great value for money. Loved the room, sea views and pool area. Their beach club Callao was also great! Staff was kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend for a few nights.

The hotel was very quiet, which we found relaxing, but if you are looking for a lively atmosphere this isnt it. I felt like we had to whisper everywhere.
