The place is brand new, clean and has all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay. The host is super responsive and helpful!

Everything is just like in the beautiful professional pictures, new furniture, spacious, all gadgets available, super clean, even met the cleaning lady who was vey nice. The area is not extremely far from the center, especially if you are like us, with own vehicle. In 7 minutes you are in the center by car, but it's also close to the public transport stations, and this system seems to run also very properly, with lots of buses all the time. The building is modern and very nice, and the code entry works nice. We had an excellent 5 day-stay! And if we would come again in Thessaloniki, we would gladly come here again, no doubt! Also we can recommend the Perea Beach if you wanna go swimming and sun bathing - the beach is about 25km away (by car 30 min), close to the Airport, but it's really a great beach, with super warm water, and it's not abrupt, so you can walk 50m until the water is to your neck.

Excellent customer service, all questions were answered quickly! The apartments were all updated and modern and very clean, no complaints!

The apartment was very nice. Ten minutes walk to / from public transportation. Nice balcony where you can see the mountains in the distance.
