The apartment was very big and the facilities were good. The location is set back from the road but it wasn't noisy at all.
There is a small table outside but it is on the main thoroughfare so not ideal for chilling really. Parking is on the side of the road. It is within walking distance of the beach and a few restaurants. However if you are not prepared to walk for 20 mins then it is limited around the apartment. We were happy to walk so it was good for us. Only spent 2 nights here but the value was good, we were here for a wedding so it suited us.
Pros:
- apartment is nicely designed (fully renovated or newly built), spacious and clean
- beds are very comfortable as well as the whole apartment in general
- there are two separate AC units - one per each room
- there is a parking spot next to the building (even though it's much safer for the car to be parked on the "wild" spot on the opposite side of street)
- there were all basic amentities available
- within walking distance from the beach
We spent some great time over there and even though cons list looks rather extensive, we still recommend this place :)
The sea is a 5-8 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, close to two elegant hotels with parks, car rentals, and small family shops. The accommodation itself is aesthetic, practical and has everything. We didn't want hustle and bustle. We rented a car from the local dealer, with a relatively large discount, and traveled around the island that way. There are several beautiful bays within 8 kilometers. There is also a Lidl 4 minutes away by car.

It’s all new and comfortable, and the location is like 5 minutes driving from Hersonissos downtown.
Alexis was a great host and we received a plate of fruits and a few bottles of water as a welcome. Nice touch. We got some of the our-mistake on the toilet paper flood issue, but it was fixed in 20 minutes. The plumber was fast and clean.
