Spacious, perfectly located and super friendly owner. Booked it thinking it said place, but it’s an actual palace

My husband and I visited Serifos for short stay for a wedding in late June. Mr. Kyriakos and Galina met our ferry and provided a free transfer. We had a lovely stay. There's a simple but filling breakfast provided each day, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and AC in the rooms. The hotel is a three minute walk from Livadi beach (really lovely, relaxed place with a few restaurants right on the beach) and approx 15 mins walk from the port. All ferries were cancelled in the area due to high winds on our check out day, which could have been very stressful but Mr. Kyriakos went to the port for us to check on the new times and helped us to rebook. We were very grateful!

Location is excellent, 2min walk to the beach and 7min walk to the port/main road. The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils. Veranda was really pretty and definitely made a difference that we’ve had one. The highlight of our stay however was the host, Mr. Kyriacos and his wife. They were the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. They both went above and beyond to support me and my parents, along with my 1 year old son. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful we all are for their hospitality and generosity!

The place was very clean and they owners Mr R Kyriakos was very hospitable kind and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better service.
