Situated 2 mins from the beach. Right in downtown. Restaurants, cafes, gyros places, shops all around. The room was clean and was cleaned every day plus the bedsheets and towels were changed several times during our 8-day stay. There's a small kitchenette with hot plates, utensils and a fridge. There was a TV.
The location was exceptional. Both supermarkets and the beach was just in a minute far from the apartment. Also, there are many different restaurants in walking distance.
Everything was great. Apartment is very clean. Staff are very polite and respectful. Location is perfect.

It was a great value-for-money place to stay in Paralia Katerinis. The room was quite clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the sheets were fresh. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable overall. No breakfast included.
