We had to check in at 2pm, we asked to leave our luggage and they allowed us, thank you for that!

The room itself was super well put together. We had extra beds because it was four of us total. The view was beautiful as well and they left a lot of little toiletry items in case you forgot anything. We also had the chance of meeting the cleaning lady and she was so sweet to us! The man in the bakery directly downstairs was also super nice and gave us recommendations on where to eat.

The room was exceptionally clean. The housekeeper was exceptionally friendly and always helpful. The location is excellent. It should be noted that the hotel sits along a major roadway in and out of Chania so if you keep the windows open it will be quite noisy. We kept the windows closed and the AC on and it was comfortably quiet.

The location is great, right at the centre of town. Very clean, comfortable bed. Parking downtown is generally an issue, however, we were able to find a spot since it wasn't high season. Host was very helpful and answered my questions immediately.
