Fantastic hotel with wonderfully friendly staff. Extremely clean with staff always ensuring the communal areas are clean and tidy. Polite and kind breakfast staff. Ease of walking proximity to shops/restaurants. Perfect pool side set up.
The private pool was perfect and romantic. Strogili private room with pool was amazing. staff helped my boyfriend decorate the room for me & the staff left us with a free champagne & a birthday card !! I loved it so much they made my birthday dream come true.
Everything was perfect. It was unexpected and brilliant.
The reception, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they are a credit to the hotel. Our suite was very clean and comfortable, with lovely cold air conditioning. The hotel itself is first class and its location is perfect for Kamari, as everything the town has to offer is within walking distance. The town's main bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the bus will get you to the island capital Fira, which is the main hub for buses all around the island. There are also plenty of car, motorcycle, ATV and scooter rental options in and around Kamari, if you don't want to use the bus, which the hotel can provide info on if you need it. The hotel is a very short drive from the airport and they can arrange transfers for you if required. (they did this for us and it was faultless) Overall, I am glad we stayed in Kamari and i am very glad we chose the Strogili hotel
