The property is beautifully situated atop of a small bluff, steps away from a beach. The surrounding is gorgeous, peaceful and secluded. The room was equally serene, with deco that was minimalist but inviting, combining white walls with earth tone accents (better than shown on pictures, but I was told my room was updated). The bedding was white and very clean; the mattress super comfortable. The view from the balcony was enchanting! Last but not least, Carl and Margot were lovely hosts. They are a wealth of knowledge about the island. They gave me valuable tips as to where to go and when, and all in all, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was super comfortable.

Location, quite and peaceful. Property overlooks a bay, easy access for swimming. Room was spacious for family of 3 and cleaned regularly. Bed was very comfortable.

Place to be when you want to visit Karpathos. Wonderfull view on the balcony, only 50 meters walking to a desolate beach. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I came there to windsurf/ wing foil and surf locations are near the airport (Chicken bay, Devils bay) but it's not so nice environment to stay there. It's only 15 minutes (beautiful) drive from this surf spots to Fokia beach and you will need a car on Karpathos anyway. Also check the beautiful hikes around Pigadia and around Lastos Kali Limni. Ok worth to mention are the comfortable beds and the studios are clean. I stayed there for 10 days and will be back

The Fokia Beach studios have a lovely location, amidst rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, right in front of the beautiful bay of Fokia. The studios are cosy and spotlessly clean.
