Second time we have stayed here - great location, super quiet and makes the most of the compact layout by being very well organised. Air conditioning was great - which was ideal because as usual athens is jolly hot in July.
The apartment has everything you need, you can tell the host pays a lot of attention to detail. The balcony and living room is amazing.
I loved my stay here, in part because I've stayed in the neighborhood before and knew what to expect. It's slightly outside tourist frenzy and maintains some Athens grit and charm, yet completely central. The apartment is fabulous, with a massive terrace I could not fully enjoy because the weather was unexpectedly wintry in late-February. I would have spent most of my time there if the temperature had gotten above 10C. Great local restaurants are nearby, as is the Central Market. Excellent entry communication with the host. Would stay again.
Location is really good. The building is in a nice quite street very close to the centre and a walking distance to all main attractions. Also the lift was a main decision factor for me to select this property and it was working well.
