The place was really clean, has everything you need. Communication with landlord was easy, ready to stepin and help with anything. Perfect for families with one/two kids. Beach is literally in front of the place. View is incredible, cant wait to come again.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was an easy walk into town and perfectly located for Ammoudi Beach. Along the walkway at the front of the apartment you could also access the sea via a staircase. Entering the building was easy via a lock box and lift. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable with two balconies and a washing machine. Nearby are bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Communication with the owner was excellent and thorough and we were left a bottle of white wine to drink. I highly recommend this apartment for a long or short stay.

Thalassa is a wonderful surprise! We have been coming to Agios Nikolaos for almost 10 years already and stayed in various locations (expensive hotels but also apartments) and I must say this is one of the best. It had 360 views of the sea, it is 5 min away from Amoudi beach and very close to the center of the city. Another aspect, we traveled with my mom who is vision impaired and the apartment is very accessible (easy hallway access, lift).

Great location near shops and restaurants, 2min walk to the beach .
