The location was perfect for only having 2 short/days and nights in Heraklion as we ended our 2 week vacation in Greece! The rooms for very clean, kitchen are was great, and steps away from what ever you wanted in the center city and close to many beaches, too. The owners were very helpful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay there agin!!

While the property is nice and in a good location, there is definitely a pungent odor that emanates from the drainage pipes.

Right in the center of the city. Many nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Bed was very comfortable. You could see a partial view of the sea from the bed (past the buildings). Tiny kitchen with plates, silverware, glasses, 1 small skillet. Nespresso coffee machine, 4 coffee pods, water, juice, and a couple beers in the refrigerator. Hot water in the shower. Decent storage, shared balcony, but it feels private because the other part is around a corner. Shower has hot water. Wifi is decent, but my video calls froze a few times. They used unscented laundry soap. Communication was very good with the rental company. A/C works great. Very modern, spotlessly clean place. Definitely would stay again.

The location was perfect. Staff responsive and polite. The shelving for suitcases made unpacking a breeze! Wish all rooms had that.

Very nice and spacious apartment with kitchen filled with what you need. Best location in the old town and still quiet. The bed was comfy, and ACs worked without sound. Throughly friendly and helpful personal Dimitris is the best. U forgot a pair of expensive shoes and left to Chania. When contacted them know the chat to ask about them. Dimitris called and said they found them. Their personal even went through some trouble to send them to me by bus. I really appreciate it.
