The apartment is clean, comfortable and in a good location. There are restaurants and supermarkets close by. It is a 15min walk to the Metro and 25min to the Acropolis. There is a communal roof top terrace with comfortable chairs which is lovely in the evening. The host is quick to reply to any questions and give recommendations. We really enjoyed using this apartment for our stay in Athens.
We had a great stay at the Philosopher's House in Athens. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and located around 20 minutes walk from Acropolis. Everything was as described and the communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The only small surprise was the glass door to the bathroom, which offers limited privacy ( I think it's perfect for couples, but I was there with my friend :D ). Other than that, everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.
I highly recommended this Apartment. Only 20 mins walk to Acropolis. Quiet and peaceful street. Well soundproofed Apartment. Really kind and helpful Host.
The owner was very friendly and helped me with any questions. The location was great, on the quieter side of the Acropolis, so a short walk to the centre but more local restaurants around. The apartment was clean and had dark curtains, which was great for a good night's sleep.
The property was very well maintained, modern and comfortable. It was clean and the air conditioning was a god send. It is about a 20/30 minute walk to the main attractions in Athens and there are plenty of bars and cafes within a 15 minute walk. We especially liked Koukai and Bite Box (the Poffies were unreal). When we had an issue with some work that was being done the contact dealt with it quickly and in a way that we were happy with.
